Job summary

InnVest Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Representative/Night Auditor to create a welcoming guest experience, check guests in/out, and balance daily accounts. You will coordinate with housekeeping, process payments, and post charges while maintaining a high standard of service.

Ideal candidates are English-speaking with strong communication and organizational skills. Availability to work day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Availability to work day, evening, and night shifts any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests.
• Pre-register and block rooms for reservations/guest arrival.
• Understand room status and rate offerings.
• Post and file all charges to guest accounts and reconcile payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on status updates and requests.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Maintain a tidy, safe lobby and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
