Job summary

The Hotel on Pownal, part of Murphy Hospitality Group, seeks a Night Auditor to greet guests during late hours, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations with care. You will respond to guest needs, process calls and payments, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates bring a positive, outgoing personality, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent communication. This role is on-site with night hours and team collaboration across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Overnight shifts; availability for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
• Positive and outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, check in and assign rooms
• Take, cancel and change room reservations
• Process telephone calls
• Process wake-up calls
• Provide information on hotel facilities and guest services
• Arrange services required for guests with special needs
• Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Property walk through
• Work alongside of the hotel team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
