Sandman Hotel Group is seeking a Night Auditor to conduct nightly audits, balance departmental ledgers, and prepare operating reports. The role requires night shift coverage at the front desk and strong hospitality knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year apprenticeship or college program in front desk operations or hotel management preferred.
• Experience in customer service and people management.
• Strong hospitality knowledge and accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Respond to inquiries about services, answer calls, and assist guests.
• Compile daily records, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers.
• Post daily charges and reconcile accounts.
• Take over from the evening cashier and manage float.
• Process revenue, accept and secure cash handling.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and professional appearance.
