Job summary

Sandman Hotel Group is seeking a Night Auditor to conduct nightly audits, balance ledgers, and prepare hotel operating reports. The role requires overnight shifts at the front desk and interacting with guests to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and a two-year program in front desk operations or hotel management, with strong customer service and accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (preferred bilingualism)

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and registration
• Prepare daily records and guest accounts using systems
• Present charges to departing guests and process payments
• Uphold hotel security and cash handling
• Post daily room charges and manage floats
• Coordinate with departments for keys and security
• Prepare credit card summaries and postings
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
