Job summary

BMW Markham, part of Pfaff Automotive Partners, seeks a New Car Sales Representative to build relationships with clients and guide them to their dream car in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, explain purchase processes, and ensure a smooth delivery while meeting sales targets and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid OMVIC license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or directions in showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions by delivering friendly, professional and prompt service.
• Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies clearly.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Deliver vehicles and review operating features, warranty and paperwork with customers.
