Dilawri Group of Companies is now actively searching for a New Car Sales Manager to join the team at Markham Honda. Lead the dealership sales department and drive performance across vehicle sales, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.

This leadership role offers a competitive base with bonus potential, with annual pay between $120,000 and $160,000. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, experience in auto sales, and a valid OMVIC license.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
• Experience in auto sales preferred.
• Two (2) years of management experience.
• Valid OMVIC License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of theDealership Sales Department
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all times
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure quickpreparation of new vehicles for delivery
• Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan,modify and review all current issues and programs
• Keep updated on all manufacturer and financialinstitutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that allstaff understand factory programs
• Promote ongoing training, including daily andweekly sales team meetings
• Ensure that all required provincial licensing andregulatory requirements are followed
