Job summary

Dilawri Group is actively seeking a Sales Consultant for Markham Honda. This role focuses on following up on leads, achieving individual and department goals, and promoting new business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The candidate will demonstrate vehicle knowledge and participate in training, with goals and planning for monthly productivity. Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset, and a valid Ontario driver’s license with OMVIC is required.

Qualifications

• Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is considered an asset.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience; OMVIC license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from a variety of sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and grow the customer base through prospecting and referrals.
• Provide a superior experience for customers to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and participate in product training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan how to reach them.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.
