Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking a New Car Sales Manager to join the Markham Honda team in Markham, Ontario. The role leads the dealership sales department and ensures top-tier customer satisfaction.

You will supervise, direct, and train sales staff, coordinate with the service team, and stay current on manufacturer programs. A valid OMVIC license and prior auto sales management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Effective negotiation skills with sound decisions.
• Experience in auto sales preferred.
• Two (2) years of management experience.
• Valid OMVIC License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the dealership sales department.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage.
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new vehicles for delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review programs.
• Keep updated on manufacturer programs and promote staff training.
• Ensure compliance with provincial licensing and regulatory requirements.

Pay Rate: $120,000 to $160,000 annual, this is inclusive of base and bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of theDealership Sales Department
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all times
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure quickpreparation of new vehicles for delivery
• Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan,modify and review all current issues and programs
• Keep updated on all manufacturer and financialinstitutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that allstaff understand factory programs
• Promote ongoing training, including daily andweekly sales team meetings
• Ensure that all required provincial licensing andregulatory requirements are followed
