Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for Markham Acura in Ontario. The role focuses on actively selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles, maintaining strong sales processes, and coaching staff to meet consumer needs.

You will work under Sales Manager guidance to meet targets and ensure licensed, compliant dealership operations. The position requires valid Ontario driver’s license, OMVIC license, and experience with dealership tools.

Qualifications

• Strong professional background in sales and customer service.
• Drive for excellence.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License for Ontario with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Valid OMVIC License.
• Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell/lease new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability.
• Train staff to meet consumer needs and manufacture programs, as directed by Sales Manager.
• Ensure all department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating with customers.
• Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants.
• Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customers seen, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership.
• Meet all predetermined sales targets and forecast.
