Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Grande Prairie, AB is seeking a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance to identify sales opportunities, recommend home, auto, and lifestyle insurance solutions, and close new business.

You’ll leverage your insurance knowledge and sales skills to assess clients’ needs, maintain records, and collaborate with partners to support growth. A Level 1 General Insurance License is required, with CAIB/CIP as a plus, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and close new business.
• Excellent communication across multiple channels and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance, your primary focus will be identifying sales opportunities, recommending appropriate personal lines insurance solutions, and closing new business. You’ll leverage your insurance knowledge and strong sales skills to assess clients’ home, auto, and lifestyle insurance needs while contributing to Westland’s growth and success.
