You will leverage your knowledge of home, auto, and lifestyle insurance to meet client needs and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• Level 1 General Insurance License required with commitment to obtain Level 2 within first year.
• At least one year of insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting and client-focused approach.
• Ability to identify opportunities, assess client needs, and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and close new business for home, auto, and lifestyle insurance.

Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a newopportunity foraNew Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance to join the team at our office in Charlottetown, PE. In this role, you will represent the Westland brand and values while delivering exceptional insurance service and trusted advice to our clients.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $41,440 to $51,800 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

As a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance, your primary focus will be identifying sales opportunities, recommending appropriate personal lines insurance solutions, and closing new business.
