North Bay Regional Health Centre is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide confidential support to the Vice President and the Clinical Services portfolio. You will coordinate executive and committee activities, support special projects and events, and help manage information for efficient day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in office/medical administration, at least two years of related experience, and strong MS Office skills.
Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Services & Chief Nursing Executive, the Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of confidential and sensitive administrative support to the Vice President and the Clinical Services portfolio. Key responsibilities include coordinating executive and committee activities, supporting special projects and events, managing information, and contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of clinical programs.
