Job summary

Canlan Sports is seeking a Retail Coordinator for our North York Head Office to support the national retail division, including Food and Beverage and Sport Shop operations. Reporting to the Director Retail, the role covers pricing oversight, inventory control, merchandising, and process improvements to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail or F&B experience, a related certificate or degree, and strong organizational and teamwork skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• College or Trade School Certificate or University Degree in hospitality or retail management or related field.
• 1–2 years retail business experience and/or Food and Beverage, preferably in a regional or national franchise.
• Strong established customer and client focus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines and organizational requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that suggested manufacturers’ retail pricing is upheld in all the sports shops.
• Maintaining approved par levels in each store.
• Assisting Director of Retail with annual booking orders.
• Inventory controls and processes and inventory levels for both Food & Beverage and Sport Shop operations.
