Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide technical and administrative support to the Sales function within the Loblaws Customer Business Team. This role focuses on reporting, pricing forms, and trade spend tracking in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires post-secondary education or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Cognos, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking.
• Update customer facing pricing forms.
• LDIA administrator with reporting and workflow duties.
• Coordinate communication between Field Sales and Customer Business Team.
• Assist with customer plans and presentations.
• Assist with KAAP process.
• Generate reports and track trade spend.
• Coordinate pricing changes with internal pricing dept.
• Track gift certificates / dealer loaders.
• Review rapidraft / credit note spending.
• Coordinate forecast information with supply chain.
