Qualifications

• 20+ years of sales experience in logistics, over the road LTL/FTL or 3PL is strongly preferred.
• Active book of business that can be transitioned within 90 days with proven success in new business development.
• Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new direct B2B opportunities through outbound sales activities and referrals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
