Job summary

National Cable Specialists in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking an Account Manager to grow key customer relationships and drive orders for existing and new products. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with operations and purchasing, with a strong emphasis on service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Requirements include post-secondary education and proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel, plus solid Sales/Inside Sales experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education required.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Sales/Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs for existing and new products.
• Respond to and process incoming calls and orders.
• Open new accounts and grow existing customer base.
• Enter orders and coordinate with operations and purchasing.
• Maintain knowledge of current products and learn new ones.
• Provide pricing quotations and follow up on quotes.
• Provide basic technical support and build relationships for repeat opportunities.
