The Managing Principal of an architecture firm is seeking a Support Worker and Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will support the needs of a 23-year-old special needs young adult daughter of the Managing Principal, within a blended household consisting of his wife with two live-in teenage children. The primary responsibility of this role is as a support worker and part-time companion to his 23-year-old daughter in Kitsilano, and also involves part time working downtown in the architecture office as a Personal Assistant and administrative duties. The 23-year-old daughter has a joyful and fun personality yet has special needs and challenges, requiring support and companionship during the weekdays. The ideal candidate must adore youth, be relaxed, and confident. Specific days will be focused on working in the home with his daughter and between provide assistance in the office with his busy schedule.
