The role involves processing Internal Transfers and handling advisor/client demographics with meticulous attention to detail. With at least 2 years in the securities industry, you will work both independently and with the team to meet deadlines, while maintaining high service standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industry related experience.
• FundSERV knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, organization and prioritization.
• Professional communication etiquette and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, under deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Submit and follow up on mutual fund systematic plan requests to fund companies.
• Process internal transfers of RJL mutual fund positions via FundSERV.
• Manually submit internal transfer requests to mutual fund companies.
• Submit advisor and client demographic information to mutual fund companies.
• Review and forward all manual Segregated Fund and Offbook Account applications for processing.
• Assist or back up other team members as needed.
