Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in financial services, mutual funds or related field.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Completion of CSC/IFIC or related courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve, and reprocess rejected mutual fund transactions with fund companies and internal stakeholders.
• Execute internal transfers per client instructions and settlement timelines.
• Set up and administer systematic withdrawal plans (SWPs) and PAC arrangements.
