Qualifications

• Post-secondary education completed.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry-related experience.
• Experience in the investment brokerage or financial services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Open client accounts and manage signatures with back office.
• Process and follow up on security transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date client accounts.
• Support client relationships and respond to requests.
• Review trades and ensure timely settlement.
• Maintain CRM and prepare reports.
