Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Mutual Funds Associate in Vancouver to support Systematic Plans and Non-Financial Updates, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with fund companies.
The role involves processing Internal Transfers and handling advisor/client demographics with meticulous attention to detail. With at least 2 years in the securities industry, you will work both independently and with the team to meet deadlines, while maintaining high service standards and confidentiality.
The Mutual Funds Associate will be responsible for supporting the Systematic Plans and Non-Financial Updates functions within the department. Responsibilities will include reviewing and submitting Systematic Plan instructions to fund companies, following up with Non-Financial updates submitted through XML to fund companies, and processing Internal Transfers requests. Due to the time sensitivity of these functions, the successful candidate must possess excellent time management skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
$50,000-60,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
