Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties in Victoria, BC. You will handle maintenance requests, perform on-call repairs, and coordinate turnover inspections with the Customer Care Team.

This role requires 2 years of maintenance service experience, with 3 years renovation experience an asset. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, and the successful candidate will contribute to high-quality building upkeep and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance service experience required.
• 3 years renovation experience an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance
• Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards
• General common area and building maintenance
• Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team
• Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
• Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards
• Assist with snow removal
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
