Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a maintenance professional to address maintenance requests and emergencies at Patrician Village (NW Calgary). The role involves vacant suite touch ups, general building upkeep, and coordinating turnover inspections with the Customer Care Team.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of maintenance experience (3 years renovation experience is a plus), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a team. Tools are provided and safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance service experience required.
• 3 years renovation experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle may be required for site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance requests within 72 hours.
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance.
• Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards.
• General common area and building maintenance.
• Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team.
• Preventative maintenance inspections and reporting.
• Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.
