Job summary

Boardwalk is hiring for a Maintenance Associate in London, Ontario. The role focuses on responding to maintenance requests, performing on-call repairs, and maintaining vacant suites and common areas across our 34,000+ units in multiple provinces.

Requirements include 2 years of maintenance service experience, with 3 years renovation experience as an asset. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required; English proficiency and basic tech familiarity are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance service experience required.
• 3 years renovation experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours.
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance.
• Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards.
• General common area and building maintenance.
• Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team.
• Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting.
• Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.
