Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a Maintenance professional in Brampton to manage apartment and townhouse upkeep on-site. The role focuses on timely maintenance responses, preventative tasks, and collaboration with the Customer Care Team to maintain quality living spaces.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of maintenance experience, with renovation experience a plus, and solid English communication. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance service experience required.
• 3 years renovation experience an asset.
• Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with technology is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance
• Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards
• General common area and building maintenance
• Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team
• Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
• Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards
• Assist with snow removal
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
