Job summary

HUB International in Gladstone, MB is seeking a part-time Multi-Line Broker to deliver professional service across Personal Lines and Farm policies with a strong retention focus. You will identify client needs, educate on products, and promote offerings while cross-selling to support retention goals.

The role requires Grade 12, Level 1 license (Level 2 preferred), and 3–5 years in insurance sales/customer service; CAIB in progress is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education, or equivalent is required.
• Level 1 licensed; Level 2 license preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience in an insurance environment is an asset.
• Strong knowledge covering all aspects of Personal Lines Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, accurate, and efficient service to clients across Personal Lines and Farm policy activities with focus on retention.
• Identify client needs, educate clients on insurance products, and promote company offerings.

The Opportunity

The Multi-Line Broker is responsible for delivering professional, accurate, and efficient service to clients across all Personal Lines and Farm policy activities, with a strong focus on retention. This role involves identifying client needs, educating clients on available insurance products, and promoting the sale of company offerings, while applying strong client relations and cross-selling skills to support retention goals and reinforce a positive company image. Part-Time opportunity working out of our Gladstone location.

What you will bring to the role

• Minimum Grade 12 education, or equivalent is required
• Level 1 licensed
• Level 2 license preferred
• working toward CAIB designation
• 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience in an insurance environment is an asset
• Strong knowledge covering all aspects of Personal Lines Insurance
• Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
• Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
