Job summary

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a Coordinator for Guest Logistics to support guest transportation logistics at a world-class mountain destination. This year-round full-time role based in Banff, Alberta, requires excellent organizational skills and customer service experience to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will facilitate all logistical needs associated with guest movements while providing top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting.
• Experience with high-end or luxury customer service preferred.
• Experience in the ski industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all exchanges and transfers to and from CMH staging areas.
• Perform administrative tasks for guest transfers and exchange day operations.
• Follow-up on guest inquiries with a solution-focused mindset.
• Create exceptional guest moments as the first and last point of contact.
