Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts is seeking an Outlets Manager for the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, Autograph by Marriott. You will lead three service areas: Market Café, Little Detour Retail Outlet, and In‑Room Dining, driving exceptional guest service and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates bring a strong F&B background, proven leadership, and the ability to train and develop a team while controlling labour costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel and restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and shifts.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate employees and organize the outlet to deliver consistent service.
• Lead training, development, coaching and performance management.
• Uphold Food and Beverage standards and guest service quality.
• Manage daily payroll, labor costs, and scheduling.
• Foster a positive work environment and health/safety.
• Maintain open communication across departments.
• Oversee incentive programs and promotions.
• Ensure timely performance reviews.
