Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. seeks a site-based supervisor in Alberta to lead teams in a rural hotel, motel or resort setting. The role is strictly on-site with responsibilities spanning coordination, scheduling, staff oversight and maintainance of operations to ensure service continuity.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a secondary school certificate, strong organizational and people skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while supporting guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hotel, motel or resort environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Perform same duties as workers supervised.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and improve productivity.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Coordinate, assign and review work.

• Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repairs.
