Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced facilities manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of a hotel/motel/resort setting. You will supervise staff, manage contracts, and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and bilingual communication. On-site work and comprehensive facility oversight are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP diploma in engineering technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities or property management.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts for supplies and services.
• Develop and implement schedules for safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Direct maintenance and repair of machinery and electrical/mechanical systems
• Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
• Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
• Organize administrative services including signage, cleaning, parking, safety, security and snow removal
