MCAP is seeking a Renewal Account Manager to retain borrowers and drive renewal profitability across a portfolio. You will contact borrowers ahead of maturity, present offers, and negotiate terms to keep their mortgage with MCAP.

Hybrid role with 1–2 days in-office across Toronto area; requires strong sales, communication, and finance industry experience; salary range $67,000–$80,000 CAD annually.
