Job summary

Calgary Health Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Advisor, Monthly Giving to lead the growth, retention, engagement, and day-to-day management of our monthly giving program. You will work with internal teams and external partners to acquire, retain, reactivate, and upgrade monthly donors while ensuring a respectful donor experience.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in fundraising and strong knowledge of donor relations, analytics, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in fundraising, marketing, communications, business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, donor relations, direct marketing, or program management.
• Demonstrated success managing fundraising campaigns, donor programs, external vendors or partner relationships.
• Experience using fundraising databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a donor-focused and collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge NXT, Fundraise Up, Power BI, or similar platforms is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Implement monthly giving program strategy to acquire, retain, reactivate, upgrade, and engage donors.
• Oversee monthly giving operations, including enrollments, payments, updates, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to align fundraising activities with standards and donor experience.
• Develop donor communications, stewardship, and engagement strategies to strengthen lifetime giving.
• Monitor program performance using data and analytics to improve ROI and inform planning.
