Aramark Quebec is seeking two passionate Station Chefs to join our mobile culinary team across Montreal and the surrounding area. You'll work in a new environment daily, collaborate with different teams, and showcase your culinary talent while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Cook or Sous Chef.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience in food services.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established standards and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and adherence to culinary techniques.
• Support kitchen teams during peak periods or temporary staffing needs.
• Adapt quickly to different work environments and operational setups.
• Assist with organizing kitchen activities and task distribution.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Contribute to maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strictly follow hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Support basic inventory control and portion management.
