Aramark is seeking a Chef to lead culinary operations at remote sites in Baie-Comeau and Port-Cartier, with two positions available. You will supervise kitchen teams, ensure high-quality meals, and manage menus, inventory, and costs while upholding food safety standards.

The role involves camp-based work on a 14/14 rotation, with accommodation and meals provided. Transportation is arranged, and you will collaborate with operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Culinary education or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a remote camp environment on a rotational schedule.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Working Conditions

• 14 days on / 14 days off rotation schedule


• Accommodation and meals provided during each rotation


• Transportation arranged by Aramark


• Marshalling point from Montreal or Quebec City


• Camp-based work in a remote location


• Workdays may vary based on operational requirements
