CBI Home Health is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver in-home assessments and treatments in Mount Forest, Arthur, and surrounding areas. You will assess, design, and implement care plans that support safe, independent living for clients in their homes.

The role requires Ontario licensure, ability to travel between clients, and strong communication within an interdisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling and community-based care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Ability to travel within Mount Forest and surrounding communities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physiotherapy services in Mount Forest area.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Collaborate with care teams to support at-home independence.
