Job summary

ParaMed in Windsor, Ontario, seeks a casual Physiotherapist to provide community visits, assess adult clients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support function in home settings.

You will develop client-centered plans, keep compliant records, and stay current with practice standards. A valid provincial license, CPR/First Aid, and reliable vehicle access are required; ADP authorization is a plus.

Qualifications

• Registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists in good standing.
• Accepting New Graduates.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of community resources available for clients and families.
• ADP authorization considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide community visits to assess abilities and needs of adult populations.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to facilitate function.
• Develop client-centered plans with inter-professional teams and adjust services accordingly.
• Maintain professional client records in compliance with ParaMed policies and regulatory standards.
• Engage clients using a collaborative approach to build rapport and agreement on services.
