Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across mobile and static sites.
• Act as operational contact for clients and internal teams.
• Ensure service standards and client expectations are met.
• Review reports, investigate incidents, and address concerns.
• Conduct site and employee audits for compliance and improvements.
• Coordinate staffing, vehicles, and equipment for new contracts.
• Keep leadership informed of incidents and staffing changes.
• Provide after-hours operational support as needed.
