Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in client success, account management, or operations leadership within security or facilities services.
• Experience leading account managers and client-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of multi-site service delivery, contract compliance, KPIs, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of client account managers delivering high-quality security services.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers with regular performance discussions.
• Set objectives for the Client Services division and monitor progress.
• Ensure accountability and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to leadership.
• Review budgets, labour performance, and KPI outcomes to drive optimization.
• Respond to bids and proposals and support client commitments.
