Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years in security supervision; 5+ years in security ops preferred.
• Licenses: BC Security Worker License; Class 5 driver’s license; First Aid/CPR beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations including guarding, patrols, and CCTV monitoring.
• Serve as primary client liaison; address issues and tailor security solutions.
• Lead, mentor and schedule security supervisors and guards; ensure staff are trained and compliant.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, policies and safety regulations; implement SOPs and emergency protocols.
• Prepare operational reports, manage budgeting for the operations dept, and respond to incidents after hours.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and coordinate with management on expansion plans.
