Job summary

RBC Winnipeg is seeking a mobile consultant and advisor focused on Group Retirement Savings for commercial clients. You will anchor clients to retirement savings and wellness programs, build relationships with senior managers across Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, and drive the value proposition in the external market.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting, networking and business development skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills to drive growth both internally and externally.
• Independent, entrepreneurial self-management to achieve goals.
• Experience creating a referral network with centres of influence.
• Willingness to complete RPA within 18 months if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Anchor Group Retirement Savings and Wellness programs with commercial clients.
• Identify referral opportunities for related RBC programs.
• Champion the RBC Group Advantage value proposition with partners and external market.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior managers across banking and wealth management.
• Be flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends.
