Job summary

RBC Group Advantage seeks a senior leader to manage a team of relationship managers, growing retirement savings plans across a region. You will plan routines with RBC Partners, coordinate new member activations, and drive top-tier client experience.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years of leadership in financial services, strong business development skills, and a willingness to travel up to 75% within the region. RPA/CEBS or commitment to obtain within 18 months is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of leadership experience in financial services with a track record of growing client relationships.
• Proven ability to acquire new business and expand community and client networks.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to drive growth internally and externally.
• RPA and/or CEBS designation or commitment to complete within 18 months of start date.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the Region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of relationship managers to maintain and grow existing retirement savings plans.
• Plan and execute practice management routines with team and RBC Partners to deepen client relationships.
• Coordinate activation of new plan members.
• Drive superior client experience by monitoring sponsor satisfaction and routines.
• Identify industry trends, regulations and competitive environment to tailor advice.
• Model, inspire and coach One RBC behaviours and build internal collaboration.
• Champion the RBC Group Advantage value proposition with partners and in the external market.
