Job summary

Orica Limited is seeking a Mobile Mixing Unit (MMU) Operator to ensure timely production while following safety procedures and coordinating machine operation and product handling with the team. The role follows a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule and is not a camp site position.

You will handle raw materials and dangerous goods per SDS, participate in safety meetings, and maintain training records. Expected duties include environment protection and reporting incidents, with a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Class 3 license required.
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving.
• Ability to complete regulatory paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and coordinate mobile mixing unit equipment to ensure timely production.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Maintain training and adhere to Orica training matrix for the role.
• Assist with production targets and coordinate with site management during changes.
• Report any product specification, appearance or performance variations to management.
• Perform other duties as reasonably instructed by supervisor.
