Job summary

KSB US is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in Ontario's mining sector, developing deep relationships with mining companies, engineers, and sales channels. You will be measured by revenue growth and market expansion while supporting the company’s long-term strategy.

Travel to mining sites across Ontario and adjacent regions is required; a engineering degree and 5+ years in mining/industrial sales are preferred, with strong CRM capabilities and a proven track record in account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Attend sales management meetings and collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
• Have a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to communicate value.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations or demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Negotiate effectively to reach win-win solutions for customers and the company.
• Maintain CRM records and manage KSB’s installed base of water and slurry pumps in Ontario.
• Identify opportunities with engineers, end users, and mining sites in Ontario.
