Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) for Western Canada. You will drive aftermarket parts and service sales within an assigned customer base, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities across fleets to improve productivity.

In this role you will coordinate timely resolution of aftermarket issues, provide feedback to Product Line Managers, maintain fleet records, and support inventory and consignments. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of technical knowledge in heavy equipment or mining.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; French language skills beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftermarket sales opportunities through fleet assessments.
• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with account teams to meet targets.
• Coordinate timely resolution of aftermarket issues and identify training needs.
• Provide feedback to Product Line Managers to support offerings.
• Maintain customer and fleet records; conduct quarterly fleet audits and report opportunities.
• Ensure accounts comply with sales terms and support inventory counts.
