Job summary

Joe Johnson Equipment (JJE) in Canada is seeking a Parts and Service Support Representative - Refuse (PSSR) to drive parts and service sales across the territory. The role requires visiting customers, prospecting, providing quotes, and delivering solutions for refuse product lines.

You will maintain strong relationships with customers, manage deliveries, and support credit control while expanding the parts portfolio and gross margins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Service Representative role or related position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using MS Office Suite (Word/Excel)
• Experience using CRM software
• Experience analyzing current sales and forecasting future sales
• Experience developing sales strategies
• Previous exposure to a heavy equipment environment is preferred
• Relevant experience may include; Product/Service roles in refuse equipment or territory sales
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to exceed targets

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and maintain customer communication
• Prospect territory for potential new customers
• Promote and sell represented product lines throughout the territory
• Prepare quotations for customers, follow up on sales and process orders
• Organize parts delivery and deliver when required
• Support credit control by tracking and collecting receivables
• Maintain up-to-date customer information in CRM
• Visit customers’ job sites to inspect machines and leverage parts sales opportunities
• Develop and present parts packages to customers
• Increase year-over-year parts sales growth and margins
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless customer support
