Job summary

Sandvik Western Canada is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative to drive aftermarket parts and service sales within an assigned customer base. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities across fleets, and coordinate support that improves equipment productivity and reliability.

The role requires a technical background in heavy equipment/mining, bilingual English/French capabilities, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or two-year college diploma.
• Four or more years of technical knowledge in heavy equipment or mining; sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sandvik products is an asset.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Computer literacy; CRM software experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Proactive with initiative.
• Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftermarket sales opportunities through fleet gap analysis and customer/site assessments.
• Build strong customer relationships and work with account teams to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate timely resolution of aftermarket issues and identify customer training needs.
• Provide customer feedback to Product Line Managers to support product offerings.
• Maintain accurate customer and fleet records, conduct quarterly fleet audits, and report on sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accounts comply with sales terms and support inventory counts, including consignment stock.
• Other duties as assigned

Sandvik Mining is seeking a PSSR focused on Rotary Drills to grow aftermarket parts and service sales within an assigned customer base. You will build customer relationships, identify opportunities across existing fleets, and coordinate support that improves equipment productivity and reliability.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop aftermarket sales opportunities through fleet gap analysis and customer/site assessments.

• Coordinate timely resolution of aftermarket issues and identify customer training needs.

What You Will Bring Along

• Ability to work in both French and English

• Previous knowledge of or experience with Sandvik products is considered an asset
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Computer literacy; experience with Customer Relationship Management software is an asset
