Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Business Development Representative (Mining) in Vancouver, BC. You will drive growth by developing relationships with EPCM firms, mining operators, and owners, and by positioning Victaulic solutions early in project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with engineering and sales teams to understand project needs, provide design support, pricing, and training, and travel to mining sites and EPCM offices as required. A strong background in mining and technical sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or business.
• 10–15+ years in mining industry with EPCM exposure.
• Strong technical sales and relationship management with mining clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with EPCM firms and major mining operators.
• Assist with design, pricing, and technical training to ensure Victaulic is specified.
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, and project teams to support mining projects.
