Job summary

Victaulic in Montreal, QC is seeking a bilingual Business Development Representative (Mining) to expand opportunities with EPCM firms and mining operators across Quebec. The role blends technical sales, relationship building, and project lifecycle support in a hybrid, full-time setting.

If you have a mining/mechanical/business degree and 10–15 years in technical sales, you’ll engage engineers, manage multiple client relationships, travel to sites, and help shape designs with Victaulic’s piping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining/Mechanical/Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years in technical sales, business development, or related role, ideally in mining or industrial sectors.
• Bilingual in English and French (required).
• Comfort engaging in technical conversations around piping systems, specifications, or industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with EPCM firms, mining companies, and their engineers.
• Support clients through the project lifecycle, helping ensure Victaulic solutions are specified into their designs.
• Provide product and application information to address client questions or hesitations, with support from area reps and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Victaulic's technical teams on pricing, design assistance, and layout support for mining and industrial projects.
• Build trusted relationships with clients from initial contact through project completion.
