Are you looking for a career with a supportive team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? MINI Oakville is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping customers secure financing solutions and want to grow with a reputable dealership, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do :

  • Present and sell protection plans and insurance products
  • Assist customers with credit applications and paperwork completion
  • Work with lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing options
  • Ensure all deal files are completed and submitted for funding
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Collaborate with the F&I team to support each other during time off
  • Train and support staff on finance and insurance processes
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of financing, insurance products, and sales processes
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and profitability goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • PBS and Symtech DAVE experience is a plus (not required)

What You Need to Succeed :

  • OMVIC License (required)
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
