What’s the role?

As a Management Consultant at RAVL,you will work closely with the Partner / Engagement Leader and our Technical Experts to define and deliver Advisory projects.From scoping and framing the work, to completing client interviews, workshops, and analysis, to packaging the final deliverables, you will be involved in all aspects of an engagement.

We’re looking for a professional who is passionate about strategy, technology, and transformation. The best candidate is someone who is intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, navigates change confidently, embraces growth, and finds meaning in helping their team and clients.

A typical day at RAVL

  • Work on client engagements as part of a team that includes Technical Experts and RAVL leadership
  • Partner closely with clients to deeply understand their capabilities and specific needs
  • Leverage research and analytics to perform high-quality analysis and generate insights
  • Help define assessment frameworks and execute assessments to determine baseline technology capabilities
  • Collaborate with our Technical Experts to provide meaningful recommendations and plans
  • Create compelling presentations (e.g., strategies, roadmaps, business cases, org designs, architectures) to synthesize recommendations for clients to execute
  • Spend time mastering your consulting toolkit – we provide dedicated time for you to become an expert Advisor
  • Learn, adapt, and grow as we work together, all with the intent of Building Better!

Sounds great, but do my skills fit the role?

You’re the person we’re looking for if you are :

  • Passionate about and have a good understanding of established & emerging technology, able to think creatively about how to apply tech to business problems
  • Excellent at framing problems and breaking problems down into smaller parts that allow for easier solutioning
  • Skilled at integrating disparate information into a coherent story and telling that story through presentations (PowerPoint) and other media
  • Confident presenting to and facilitating conversations with clients
  • Capable of making informed assumptions to develop high-level business cases with limited data
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis and able to build clear, well-structured, flexible models in Excel
  • Relentlessly focused on continuously improving your skills and the advice you provide
  • An experienced consultant with 2-5 years in technology strategy, management consulting, or similar roles

Note : We are hiring for roles ranging from Associate Management Consultant to Senior Management Consultant – we will work with qualified applicants to determine best fit based on experience, capabilities, and industry / functional experience.
